Where the Magic Happens

The Cooking Station turns ingredients into prepared dishes. Its kitchen view, recipe list and active preparation panel help you follow the whole process.

### Prepare a dish

1. Choose a recipe.
2. Review the ingredients and quantities required.
3. Check preparation time and XP information.
4. Start cooking.
5. Let the preparation finish, then check your prepared food and menu.

The game takes the required ingredients when the preparation begins. One cooking job can run at a time. Switching windows or viewing another recipe does not create another active job.

Missing ingredient information tells you what you still need. Grow it, obtain it from another enabled production system or look for it in a shop or the Marketplace.

Preparation time can be reduced by applicable skills and boosts. The recipe tooltips distinguish guaranteed value bonuses from chances such as double output. The XP preview describes the reward for the selected recipe and quantity under your current progression rules.

VIP players can prepare batches. The current batch limit is 200 dishes, subject to available ingredients. Ingredients and total preparation time scale with the selected quantity. Batch cooking does not make the entire batch complete in the time of one dish.

A Stars speed-up may be offered for an active preparation. Read its quote and confirmation before spending Stars.

Cooking continues while you are away. When you return, finished dishes and automatic serving progress are added to your game. Keep stock and menu preferences ready if you want prepared food to continue serving after completion.

The Encyclopedia records discovered recipes. Discovery history is separate from current stock, so using or selling the last copy of a dish does not make its recipe history disappear.
